Model Call!

Who I am: I am Fiona, a practicing doula, a trained midwife, and lover of birth. I recently trained with Birth Becomes You to become a professional birth photographer. In order to gain experience and to gather a portfolio, I am looking to photograph bellies, babies, and families in the childbearing year.

Who you are: You live within an hour drive of Portland, ME. You’re pregnant or recently had a baby! You would like photo documentation of this stage of life and are willing and excited to have your images used in my portfolio. For the Birth Photography model call, go here!

These photo sessions are 30-60 minutes long, either in your home or at an agreed upon outdoor location. The vibe is casual, candid, raw, and real. We will celebrate the innate beauty of this stage of life, whether in the calm and quiet (or chaos) of your home, and/or embracing the natural world and your connection to the land around you. I will provide you with a private online gallery of 50+ hand edited images with full access to downloads and a print release. Sessions will take place in December or January.

The price for these model call sessions is $150. This is half of what I will charge once my portfolio is up and running. This deeply discounted experience is in exchange for you signing a model release that I may use your photos in my portfolio, on my website, social media, print, etc.

Of course, these will be your photos. I will not share publicly before you have a chance to see them, and if there are any you would prefer to keep private, I will respect your choice!
